Your Yearly Astrology Forecast 2023 – Everything changes

weekly horoscope aries seasonAries – Your Yearly Astrology Forecast 2023

Fast company. Fast money. Your social life, goals and your income will dominate 2023 and onwards, Aries. You were never the sign to stand still – always opting for movement and action. Watch how in ‘23 the planets mirror your mood!

You begin the year with Jupiter back in your sign. This hands you a flying start of optimism and confidence when it comes to going after what you want this year. You will build on what you began last year and take it to the next level. Three major planetary shifts and one of the rarest eclipses we’ve experienced in 159 years deliver a year of a big reset for you and major new beginnings. Get ready for a fast forward into so many possible futures, Aries. And you get to choose!

The heat is on from February when Pluto moves to the final degree of Capricorn (11th) and Saturn to 29 degrees Aquarius (27th). Very often, planetary influences are at their peak when the planet is at what is called an ‘anaretic’ degree of a sign. In other words 29 degrees of the sign it is leaving or at 0 degrees of the sign it enters. Saturn arrives at 0 degrees of Pisces and your 12th on March 7 while Pluto enters Aquarius on March 23. Two days after the first of two new Moons in your sign (21st). February and March therefore represent a time when your openness to change and going after what you want is at a yearly peak.

Love or something like it

Many astrologers will tell you that you’ll have to wait until the final quarter of ‘23 for your yearly love peak. So not so, Aries. You get three cycles of love and attraction. The first when Venus lands in your sign in February and meets both Jupiter and Chiron in March. Just what do you dare to try to get away with in the name of love, Aries? Your ability to attract and try something outrageous will be at its peak.

Venus will make a rare retrograde in your romance zone between July – September. So take it that at this point the pause button is well and truly pushed on love. It’s nothing personal as this applies to all signs. So, whatever your relationship status at this point is likely to stay the same until after the retrograde. Focus your attention elsewhere. Into time with your children if you have them and to finishing off any creative projects you may have left hanging. Re-runs or returns of love are exempt from retro rules. But just ensure that love has evolved along with you because so much has changed, Aries. I’ll go deeper into this shortly.

Ruler Mars brings the passion and heat when it enters your 5th in May bringing your second window of burning desire and sexy, self-confident moves. You need to be at your boldest, most fierce and brazen now and exploring all possible avenues of attraction. It’s the lucky strike that turns a spark into a flame for singles. Settleds could revive the fire. But please do understand if it is extinguished, there will be no fanning it. You know it is still there – or has gone out for good.

That third love window opens for you once Venus has finished its retro active cycle in September and arrives in Libra and its ruling 7th in November. Which could just see ‘23 out on a high note for you when it comes to love and partnerships.

Hybrid Eclipse of the Heart and Soul

While Pluto remains in your 11th – and it just dips its toe in here this year, you will also be exploring other types of love and that’s the love of friendships. It’s all just as valid. Because Pluto will be at its most influential while it is anaretic, you can expect a big shift in friendship dynamics. Your social circle will undergo transformation. Some connections along with your goals will fall away. Remaining friendships are locked in for the long haul. New connections appear and transform your social circle. Pluto can deliver powerful friends in high places.

Your goals will change along with this. You may discover you no longer want what you thought you did. Something new and more meaningful takes its place. You start out in a totally new direction.

Your birthday cycle this year which begins on March 21 delivers not just one but two new potential beginnings. You have not one but two new Moons – a rare event. The first appears on March 21 and the second which will be rarer still – on April 20th. The second of two new Moons is known as a ‘Black’ Moon and this one delivers an ultra-rare Hybrid eclipse. The first to take place in your sign for 159 years in fact.

A Hybrid eclipse is when all three eclipse types – partial, annular and total, occur at the same time and what you see depends on where you are. Check your chart now for any Aries factors at 29 degrees or within a 1 degree orb. We all know eclipses conceal. This one hides one of the most powerful new beginnings you will experience.

It marks the end of one cycle and the start of a new one. Your fierce, adventurous side is reawakened. You take a stand or strike out on your own self-determined path. But when it comes to love – nothing in haste now, Aries. That means decisions either way. Do read Part 3 of the 2023 General Astrology Overview which deals specifically with this eclipse.

You can get there from here

Who you know will transform your future path in ways you never imagined with Pluto now working your 11th up until June 11. It will re-enter Capricorn and your 10th then for the rest of the year before returning in January 2024. It will not enter Aquarius for the long haul until November 2024 however. So will dip back into Capricorn twice more before exiting for good. Capricorn is ruled by Saturn which enters Pisces and your 12th on March 7, 2023. You can now expect your path and your goals to not only undergo a massive restructure but also to become more grounded. In other words, you can get where you want to go. Via who you meet this year – and some very grounded, practical magical thinking.

Work and meaning

Saturn rules time and karma. Also restrictions as symbolised by those rings. Too many astrologers focus on the negative connotations of that. Rather than seeing this as utilising what we have in a far more effective way. Saturn represents the tried, trusted and true. You colour within the lines, not outside of them – that’s Uranus and to a degree Chiron. You get organised, test things for validity, establish something. And above all, you commit to the long haul and know there are no short cuts.

This is your house of the past so time to take the lessons you have learned from that past and use them. You can release yourself from long term patterns which hold you back. Saturn in here shows you your inner greatness. And connects you to one of the most powerful forces in the universe – gratitude for what you already have – which includes all your experiences.

This is your house of faith in a higher power, God, Buddha, the Great All-That-Is, Gaia – whatever you call it. And also your house of psychic abilities, mediumship, the Tarot, astrology etc as well as those leaps of your imagination. Saturn will ground your dreams. You need a belief system which supports you and also Saturn in here will hand you the practical tools to turn those dreams and goals into reality. It shows you what is and isn’t possible. And if it IS possible, also shows you what you now need to do to make it so. This is Saturn’s gift in here.

Saturn in your 12th means your work and career now need to have meaning. At least for you. You need to feel you contribute something or with Pluto going in and out of your 10th/11th houses your priorities will change. Saturn will spend 2.5 years in here before it arrives in your sign. During this time if watching the sunset becomes a bigger priority than climbing the corporate ladder you will make a radical change. Expect a shift on your path linked to new, realigned values in ‘23-’24.

Destiny also opens up fresh pathways with the arrival of the North Node in your 1st on July 18. It’s been 19 years since the North Node was last in your 1st house. If you are old enough think back to partnership events and decisions made across 2004-05. This brings them full circle. First time experiencing this? Expect a major you+me cycle to unfold over the next two years.

Show me the money!

Jupiter will join Uranus in your 2nd on May 16th, 2023. This promises a successful year when it comes to your money, income, financial dealings and that all-important self-worth. If Uranus has been causing financial fluctuations, Jupiter in here brings solutions and the opportunity to make up for any shortfalls. This should be a prosperous year for you provided you 1) don’t think small and 2) ground your goals in practicality.

You have your own separate Jupiter in Taurus Forecast for 2023 so do check this out. You are set for a new kind of success story, the entrance of new and exciting connections, hot love and a fresh destiny driven path to walk. Welcome in 2023, Aries!

weekly astrologyTaurus 2023

Phenomenal, fierce and awakened best describes you in ‘23, Taurus! Jupiter arrives in your sign in May after a 12 year absence. Get ready to push the envelope when it comes to embracing opportunity as you go higher, further and bigger than you have done before.

A series of major conjunctions between your ruler Venus and all the outer planets occurs from the very start of ‘23, Taurus. Between January 1 and March 30, Venus will co-join Pluto, Saturn, Neptune, Jupiter and finally Uranus in your sign. This process will see you emerge with a totally re-minted agenda and outlook when it comes to what you want or where you are going from here on in.

You will feel forged in the fires of transformation, glowing with with renewed purpose. Ready to explore or launch yourself in a fresh direction by the time Jupiter arrives in your sign on May 16.

Path and purpose – renewed!

Strange encounters, the spirit world, life after death, who you were in a past life and who you will be in a future one are the kinds of questions that take you into the deeper side of life in order to get answers. About your past decisions, why you chose them and where you go from here on in. Karma comes in to play now and you need to be looking back 18-19 years as the Nodes shift their axis from your 1st-7th to your 12th – 6th. Your 12th house is always what you are unaware of or cannot see. But its incredible power is that is also contains what you can grow into. That hidden potential and opportunity for renewal.

Use this to go deep within. Your beliefs, the Tarot, astrology, self-help, a therapist, a psychic, a teacher, priest or rabbi are just a few examples of what or who you may call upon on this journey. Especially with Jupiter back in here and prior to it reaching your 1st. Transformation for you – reframing the past, healing wounds, changing your ideas – will send you hurtling into a new cycle of freedom when Pluto and Saturn change signs.

Saturn enters your 11th on March 7 promising serious commitment to goals. And reliable friendships. Pluto’s shift into your 10th from March 23rd could see many of you impelled to take a powerful new path or direction. Or step up into a more prominent position in your chosen career. The people who surround you at the time may prove to be the key to this. So do bring your best game and be aware of your public and professional image during this cycle.

Hours before the Sun’s arrival in your sign on April 20, we have an extremely rare event occur which will impact on your inner work and what you have been unaware of – perhaps until now. A hybrid solar eclipse occurs along with a new Moon in Aries. Do check your chart for Aries factors as many Taureans have them. You are looking for anaretic factors. That is anything at 29 degrees of Aries or 0 degrees of Taurus. If you have these, this will prove to be as powerful and as personal as it can get.

Eclipses cover up. We know this. A hybrid eclipse is an eclipse which combines all three eclipse types – total, annular and partial. What you see depends on the viewer’s perspective. This is the first hybrid eclipse to occur in Aries and your 12th for 159 years. This is a big cover up that has been going on for a very long time. And changing your perspective or viewpoint is crucial to you seeing what it really going on. Perhaps it is you who has covered up your true needs, purpose and desires? Have you been wearing a public mask just to survive? Bending yourself out of shape to meet all responsibilities except the one to yourself? The answers to this lie within you.

Love answers the question

Gather your courage and move ahead as the Sun arrives in your sign hours later and do allow a few weeks beyond this eclipse to truly embrace what it wants you to know, look at or integrate. You begin your fresh cycle with the Sun, Mercury, Juno, Vesta, Uranus and the North Node in your sign. Mercury will retrograde in your 1st on the 21st plus you have another eclipse (lunar) which impacts on you as it occurs in your 7th of double acts, duets and dynamic and dramatic double acts on May 5 while the Sun meets Uranus in your sign on the 9th. This involves you sticking to what you know is right around a key relationship and will define your path in partners from here on in. Love is the answer one way or another to the questions posed by the eclipse cycle. Whether this is prioritising self-love or where love goes from here on in.

Feel the release and return of optimism, enthusiasm and the ability to grasp your fortune from here on in as Jupiter lands in your sign on May 16 and your personal new Moon appears on the 19th. I told you earlier to be mindful of your image – now big it up but without exaggeration with Jupiter in here. It’s your key to attraction, progress and opportunity this Jupiter cycle. Expect bolder, unmissable updates to your appearance, image, style, look, profile, title, attitude and presence – on line and off it. Showcase this in a way that feels right for you. Update if needed. Some way even go as far as cosmetic enhancements – dental, facial procedures. Check where your ruler Venus is before booking! But yes, your face or message could literally be your fortune now.

If there is still an unanswered question around love, Jupiter in your 1st can often act as a more powerful attractor than Jupiter in our 7th. Why? Because Jupiter in our 1st makes us feel good about ourselves. And that’s what activates the Law of Attraction and allows us to effortlessly tap into manifestation magic. You are the catalyst, the self-starter however. When we change our appearance we signal to the universe we are ready for change itself to take us and transform our lives. Are you?

Wake up to soul-centered self love

Take time up until June 1 when Mercury exits its retroshadow in your 1st for renewal and to make lasting decisions around your future needs. As Mercury leaves the shadowlands – so do you, Leaving uncertainty and self-doubt and anything you’ve outgrown behind you. Embark on a journey of freedom now Taurus! The North Node will exit your sign on July 18 moving back into your 12th while the South Node enters Libra and your 6th. This is where decisions and choices from 18-19 years ago come into play and that remaining eclipse residue can be worked on and released. We are products of our past but not prisoners of it. We only repeat it or continue to live in it if we remain unawakened to our choices and reasons. Luckily you now see what you need to do in order to set a different destiny in motion. So, act, Taurus! This is soul centered self-love you are creating.

Reach for something bigger

2023 should see you reaching a few new and exciting goals both personally and professionally. Others see you in a fresh light. Even those who have known you for some time. And this simply reflects how you see yourself. Travel will feature for many of you this year as Jupiter rules the long distance kind. Plus, you will see improvements in relationships or an important new one begin – perhaps linked to your larger social circle.

Do slow down however in July when your ruler Venus makes a rare retrograde in your 4th house and put that search for new love on hold. Many of you may review your living situations or be dealing with family agendas at this point. Venus will move direct again on Sept 4 – the same day Jupiter retrogrades in your 1st. Think consolidation and also refinement of what you have set in motion. There’s a new deal on love or a working relationship on its way as Ceres enters your 7th on Sept 13 while the soul-stretching Grand Earth Trine of October 2-3 puts that desire very firmly within reach.

You will feel the undeniable impulse to enact any remaining changes – especially around partnership matters as the planets begin to assemble for your yearly love and relationship peak. Mars (12th), Mercury (22nd) and the Sun (23rd) join Ceres in your 7th. However, you have an eclipsed full Moon in your sign on October 28. Do ensure your plans don’t exclude that special someone. Know however where to set those boundaries but also when to compromise. This is the final stage of the relating/inner work your have been doing. And one final barrier to cross before full soul freedom. You got this!

The year ends with you enjoying an extra serving of peak partnership experience as Venus enters its ruling 7th in December. You also have at this point, anaretic Pluto back in Capricorn and your 9th but about to enter your 10th again. Many of you may benefit from your past hard work and coming from a place of soul integrity in what you do. Pluto could well give you a second boost up the ladder as it returns to your 10th early in ‘24.

Maximise the changes you’ve made to your image heading into the new year as Jupiter rolls forward again in your 1st on New Year’s Eve. Look back and celebrate the dynamic changes you set in motion. And the doors that magically opened for you as a result of that. It all begins within you, Taurus. Change your thoughts, align your image to that – and watch the world reflect that.

Gemini 2023

The next big thing for you, Gemini? Exploring strange new worlds and going boldly into something bigger and more soul-freeing. Restrictions of the past couple of years fall away as Saturn and Pluto change signs along with Jupiter’s move into your 12th. The result? You changing your future life from the present! Work a little multiverse magic in ‘23.

So just what represents the Final Frontier for you, Gemini if I am going to stick to the Star Trek metaphor for a moment? You ended ‘22 with both your ruler Mercury retrograde in your 8th of transformation and rebirth, and Mars which is the ancient ruler of this house, retrograde in your sign. By the time we reach the final week of January, every planet including your ruler and that Mars is direct again. And stays that way right up until April.

This is all about breaking down barriers between you, what you want and your future self as ‘23 begins. We can say the resistance within us is often the Final frontier we need to cross in order to attain what we are working towards. And this year hands you the ability to bust a move and set yourself free.

Mars direct from Jan 12 hands you your mojo back. While Mercury direct from Jan 18 plus a full Supermoon in your future focussed 9th on the 21st has you determined to chart yourself a fresh course. And also in the mindset where you will free yourself from any limitations. Whether self-imposed or by others.

The Deep Dreamtime

If you can envision it, you can achieve it in some way, shape or form. This year sees you entering the mysteries of where imagination can give birth to reality. If you believe in the multiverse theory, then you can cannot to the other ‘you’s’ in it and draw from them their wisdom too. No matter what you face or what questions you have, you will have answers to hand. Especially once Jupiter moves into your 12th in May. This is the start of a powerful inner journey of learning and self-discovery for you. Where your psychic and creative abilities are boosted. And a big, learned and generous angel is advising you.

First, let’s look at the run up to your birthday. Pluto changes signs this year but spends most of the year anaretic in both Capricorn (your 8th) and Aquarius (your 9th). Expect powerful changes and transformations to occur first around what you share with others and your finances, and secondly to your knowledge base, beliefs, travel and foreigners, learning and expansion. This is an intense cycle designed to free you and reframe your future path. Pluto is anaretic in Capricorn from Feb 11, enters Aquarius and your 9th on March 23 and then returns to Capricorn and its ruling 8th in your chart on June 11.

It will return to your 9th early in ‘24. When a planet is at an anaretic degree it is at its most potent. So, expect the transformation in a key area of your life to be far-reaching this year. And this may peak in December when your ruler retrogrades in your 8th. So you may be starting 2024 in a very different position to how you begin this year. Especially when it comes to your most intimate connections.

Are you serious?!

The other major planetary shift is Saturn into what is its ruling 10th in your chart on March 7th. Saturn is all about structure (as symbolised by those rings), establishment, commitment to a path and deferred gratification. This therefore touches on your career, your status (as in position, relationship status, job title), and above all, making a serious commitment to what you want. Lightweights need not apply under Saturn in here. This goes for love too. Know what you are seeking now, be upfront about it and don’t entertain anyone who isn’t seeking the same – no matter how funny/hot/cute they may be. You will save yourself a lot of heartache if you stick to this.

Taking that next step in a relationship, moving on up the ladder of success or building something for your future is what Saturn is all about. But if you have been entertaining illusions or knocking on the wrong doors, Saturn will stop you in your tracks. Reality bites with Saturn in here. And if it does, do take the lesson on board. Saturn used right in here can reward you like no other planet. So, don’t buy into that bad old Saturn rep. Saturn only restricts when we don’t play by its rules or learn the lessons from our past. Step up and meet those responsibilities, Gemini. And Saturn will offer you the recognition you’re seeking.

Coming out of the dark and into the light again

Friendships and even goals could be tested in April. Are they relevant, aligned to who you are, or even on your team? If you have a strong feeling about a connection one way or another the combination of a Hybrid Solar Eclipse in your 11th (20th) and Mercury stationary retro in your 12th (21st) asks you to pay close attention.

This is the first hybrid eclipse we have seen in this sector of your chart for 159 years! A Hybrid Eclipse combines all three eclipse types – total, annular and partial. What you see depends on where you are. So, it’s a question of perspective. Highly individual yet precise in fact. Eclipses conceal so three times the concealment or three times you have had this feeling around someone or something. Pay close attention. This could even impact on lovers and someone closer than just a friend. Watch and wait, Gemini.

Jupiter in your 12th from May 16th enters the day after Mercury moves direct in here. Expect validation and clarity over any remaining questions. Jupiter will spend the rest of the year here and this is where your soul journey to truth and freedom begins. Harness the powers of imagination, healing, psychic abilities, meditation, astrology and creativity. You are on an inner journey of discovery and should actively engage with this process. Be a seeker of truth. Past lives, spirituality, religion, quantum physics, meditation, your past in this life time, people from your past or who have shaped this, alternative realities may fascinate but also provide you with the knowledge you seek.

Do try to steer clear of avoiding reality via use of anything and face any addictions or tendencies to self-sabotage head on. Jupiter in here can do things to excess and that includes escapism. Travel back to places you have visited in the past or even lived in are often journeys you take with Jupiter in here. And if its new but seems familiar you should consider the possibility you have lived there in a past life. Jupiter in here is not a material transit but can bring you what you are owed from the past in some way. And you have Saturn working for you when it comes to long term success.

Celebrate new found freedom and a fresh sense of purpose and direction as the Sun arrives in your sign on May 21. And as it does, it will trine Pluto in your 9th for the first time in your lifetime. You are the magician now with the power of transformation at your finger tips. Take advantage of this to set your new cycle hurtling in a fresh direction. Do not be your old self! This is you – 2.0. Reborn from your past but now fiercer and freer than ever before!

You should be feeling there is nothing beyond you or that you can’t have or achieve. Stay linked to past wisdom and all it has taught you.

Red Lights/Green Lights

Crush those retrograde reversals by preparing for them ahead of time. Gemini. Knowing when to slow down (Mercury retroshadow), when to pause and review progress (full fat Retro) and then to cautiously begin to implement new directions (Mercury direct/retroshadow lite) is simply smart planning. And minimises snafus, delays, cancellations and confusion. Or sees you having a Plan B just in case these occur. Your key dates for 2023 are as follows:

Jan 18 2023: Mercury direct in 8th

Feb 7 2023 Mercury retroshadow ends in 8th

Apr 7 2023 Mercury retroshadow begins in 12th

Apr 12 2023 Mercury stationary retrograde in 12th – this occurs the day after the Hybrid Eclipse in your 11th so take it at this point you are completely in the dark over something. Use every tool in that Retrograde Survival Kit!

May 15 2023 Mercury stationary direct in 12th

Jun 1 2023 Mercury exits retroshadow in 12th

Aug 4 2023 Mercury retroshadow begins in 4th

Aug 23 2023 Mercury stationary retrograde in 4th

Sep 15 2023 Mercury stationary direct in 4th

Sep 29 2023 Mercury retroshadow ends in 4th

Nov 25 2023 Mercury retroshadow begins in 7th

Dec 13 2023 Mercury stationary retrograde in 8th

Dec 23 2023 Retrograde Mercury re-enters 7th

As you see, we begin and end the year with your ruler backwards. The retrograde arc crosses your 8th, 12th and 4th houses. And the final one begins in your 7th of partnerships – Sagittarius at the end of the year. Now, just what is that eclipse of April 20 concealing for you? As well as impacting on your future, it could touch on lovers, partners, children, your calling, shared assets and income, divorce, marriage and where you live. Watch what begins to come into focus at the time of your yearly love peak which beings at the autumn equinox when the Sun enters Libra and your 5th. We have another solar eclipse occurring then – this time an annular (ring of fire) at the time of the new Moon in here. Whether you know it or not, October brings a new beginning whether you can see it or not at this point.

It will begin to emerge from the shadows and show itself clearly for you by the time the final eclipse – a partial lunar one, appears in your 12th just prior to Halloween.

One more retrograde needs mentioning and that is the Venus retrograde in your 3rd between July 23 – Sept 4. Love is on hold and misunderstandings can occur. If you do connect with someone under this retrograde, chances are they are in a relationship with themselves and you quickly discover there’s no room for you – or anyone else for that matter. Unless you are willing to be cast in the role of constant admirer and understudy that is. Think ‘the best friend’ in movies. No. Didn’t think so.

Saturn in your 10th this year promises elevation and recognition for commitment to a path and constancy. While Jupiter in your 12th asks you follow your insight and ability to ask questions to their source for success and the answers you seek. (More in your Gemini Lucky Jupiter Forecast!). Avoid big decisions around family members or moving home in September if you can when your ruler is retrograde in your 4th.

You will begin your yearly phase of partnerships with your ruler, the Sun and Mars in your 7th but again, take note of those dates as retroshadow begins in here on November 25. What’s on offer at the year’s end however is a fresh, reawakened vision of love and partnership matters thanks to the arrival of Ceres in your 7th and the return of Vesta to your 1st. You know what you want for that me and you future as we head into 2024. Which is what you need to craft now as you have Jupiter heading for your sign this year.

By now you should have a clear idea of the reality of what was hidden within the eclipse cycle for you. And be willing to use this truth to forge something new for yourself and another in the coming year when it comes to double acts, duets or duos. You’ll know for certain what or who comes with you into ‘24 at the end of December when retro Mercury encounters Mars in your 7th. It’s reignited flame-on or starting a new fire for ‘24. Jupiter in your sign will hand you the power to attract like a gravitational force. All you need do is use this year to get very clear on what you want.

july horoscopesCancer 2023

The challenges around love and partnerships matters begin to be left behind in ‘23, Cancer. Your current connection and needs go deeper and become more intimate and profound. Your social circle is set to expand along with what you believe is possible for you. Expect a release into something bigger and soul freeing.

Heaven sent togetherness aspects should see you starting the year with your belief in true love reforged, Cancer. The first day of the new year sees Venus conjunct Pluto in Venus’s ruling 7th. Love is not outside of you no matter what your relationship status. It is always within you. The appearance of a lover or partner is what awakens it or makes us aware of it. Now, they can come or go. But they cannot take it with them. Yes, if a relationship ends, we may feel love has gone. But only the person has. Not the love. That belongs to us.

Hopefully Pluto’s long term sojourn in your 7th of marriage, long term loves, partnerships and double acts has shown you the truth around this. Or transformed your ideas around what love is and where it can be found. Sometimes this involves entering into a deep and profound relationship which changes us – and the other party. We are not the same person we were before. And neither are they. Sometimes if there are lessons to be learned, the planets may decide we need a time out to do this kind of soul transmuting work on our own. A relationship we thought was for keeps may then end. Or despite our efforts to find a new one, it doesn’t quite happen for us.

So, which was it for you during Pluto’s time in your 7th, Cancer? You could be looking at one particular duo or duet which summed up this experience for you at the time of the full Moon in your sign on January 6th. Use this as your mirror for determining where love takes you from here.

If love doesn’t change you it may not be the love you need. This year moves you forward on your love journey. But also asks you for a commitment too. This can involve holding out for the love you know it the right one rather than just settling. Or else taking that big step with an existing one as Pluto and Saturn both change signs in March.

Saturn enters your 9th on March 7, joining Neptune in here. Think structured freedom with its arrival in here. And having the ability to pursue that big dream but with a route mapped out. You are both the dreamer and the realist now. And part of this will involve you being able to discern whether the course you are on – and this includes that love journey with another, is actually going to get you to your destination. And be willing to change course if the answer is a confirmed ‘No’.

Pluto then moves from your 7th and into its ruling 8th, on March 23. This is your house of what you shared, joint (marital) assets, power money, investments, mortgages, loans, benefits and yes, sex. Dry spell? This could signal its end. Pluto will return to your 7th and it will take almost two years for you to feel the impact of the full transition of Pluto into here.

Hurts get healed

Intimacy issues, fears, lack of sexual self confidence, insecurities – what I call working with soul residue, could surface. Have you felt you have to wear a mask to hide who you really are just in order to survive or get what you want for instance? Maybe to fit in, because it was expected of you, or simply because someone made you feel that a part of you was simply unacceptable? The good news is that Pluto in your 8th will drag all these up for you to examine in the steely light of day – and embrace self-acceptance and show the world the real beauty of you. This is a powerful and utterly freeing process.

Current unions open up to hand you a deeper, more connected love experience. If yours can no longer provide that, expect to be released in order to move towards one that can.

Boss, baby!

You start the year with Jupiter in your success sector paying this area of your chart one final visit before entering your 11th in May. However, the North Node in here from July hands you a super-extended opportunity creating cycle to gain not just recognition and rewards, but greater satisfaction and happiness from the path you have chosen during the next two years. If you are old enough look back 19 years or even 19 years again at what occurred during those cycles around your career, your status as in title or relationship status and what you set in motion. If you feel the path you are on no longer holds the lure it once did, you will be handed an opportunity to change direction during this cycle.

Do watch out for the highly charged and unusual Hybrid Solar Eclipse in your 10th on April 20. A Hybrid Eclipse is one which combines all three eclipse types – Total, Annular and Partial. We have not experienced one of this kind in this area of your chart in 159 years. You know eclipses conceal and cover up. So think – three times the confusion and lack of clarity. The only thing you can know for sure are your intentions. Do guard your reputation and public image. Watch and wait if you can when it comes to career matters. People can withhold information, change their minds or simply go back on their words. There will be a special forecast dealing with this eclipse available closer to the eclipse time.

The run up to your birthday this year has Mars in your sign igniting a fire within. You feel ready to take a bold step and also fired up with freshly baked confidence and enthusiasm. Again, this may see you pushing forward with long term career or other plans for your future. Your fearless, unafraid side emerges. You don’t need that protective shell any longer. Emboldened, you consciously initiate something new.

Your birthday cycle this year sees Pluto revisiting your 7th and Mercury and Juno in your 1st along with the Sun. New beginnings come in on the 17th when the new Moon appears in your sign the day before the North Node enters your 10th. This will be linked to your career growth or partnership status or any career matter obscured by that April eclipse.

Keep a tight hold of those purse strings and also take any new relationship slowly from the end of July until the start of September when Venus retrogrades in its ruling house in your chart. In fact, I would advise putting that search for another on hold now and avoid buying big ticket items. You may fall out of love with it/them once Venus heads direct again! Others may display a strong sense inflexibility or reluctance to meet you halfway during this cycle and some relationships may be tested as a result.

November/December brings you another high point with the Sun, Mercury, Ceres and then Venus in your 5th of indulgent love, pleasure and attraction. By the time the Sun enters your 7th on December 22nd, Pluto has already moved back to a final, anaretic degree in here. This is the point Pluto’s capacity for transformation around a union, partnership or double act – past, present, potential – will peak again. Handing you a rare opportunity for a love and togetherness rebirth. This is about how you see your love future. With the one you’re with or with someone new? Make no mistake, you’ll know if it’s right for you now. This year shows you the path to passion and Pluto tells you to accept no substitutions for the real thing. If it’s right for you – you will be all-in and falling in love again. If not, walk into ‘24 arms open to welcome in the new.

monthly horoscope augustLeo 2023

2023 is going to be all about the power of love, Leo. This is the beginning of a long term cycle where love is the transforming element in your life. But you have to go deeper and look at where you allow issues around control to creep in. Where you need to remain aware of giving away your power and how this differs from compromise. And when you need to set some boundaries. That’s the power of love and hear it roar!

2023 begins with Venus in its ruling 7th and your ruler enters this house on January 20. A secret superpower of love new supermoon in here on the 21st signifies you are on the cusp of a brand new partnership experience. Look to who is highlighted or what kind of double act moves into focus for you at the time of the all-important full Moon in your sign on February 5.

And this is just the beginning. For the past 2.5 years you have had Saturn in this house. Saturn’s rings symbolise boundaries – as in ‘put a ring on it’. But they also restrict us when we have serious lessons to learn. It’s only when we have taken these on board, that Saturn lifts them. So, with this in mind, you should be entering ‘23 having graduated from Love University with a first class degree. Knowing what you want and need in relationships is the first step to getting this. Whether from an existing partner or a new one. And taking this seriously.

You should be heading into your new cycle confident in all you have to offer as part of a double act – be it a long term love or marriage, or working relationship. This is turn should see you holding out for that person you know is the right fit. And not being lured into anything that doesn’t. This will be be your key to getting to that transformative love as we move into the roaring twenties for you.

You don’t need money, don’t take fame, Don’t need no credit card to ride this train

No time wasters. And no trying to change someone’s mind, Leo. And that is a two-way street as Saturn moves out of here in March and on into your 8th and Pluto moves in on March 23. Pluto will remain in here until June 11 when it will return to your 6th. So, take it this is a taster session for what will be a longer, more profound experience which begins in ‘24.

Pluto in your 7th can bring you a rich, powerful, successful, charismatic partner. Especially as this transit is combined with the entrance of Jupiter in your 10th of status in May. And your 10th also rules your partner’s status as well as your career. The partnership dynamic could also involve you moving on up the career ladder and working with people who fit the above description.

Pluto energy needs to be kept clean. Which is why you need to keep Saturn’s lessons around boundaries in mind as well as your own commitment to no time wasters. As in not falling for anyone who is not completely free to be in the relationship. If this happens, you need to walk away and fast before you fall in too deep. Think ‘fallout’. Nuclear fallout takes decades if not centuries to clean up. And Pluto rules all things atomic.

So, yes, that attraction can feel like a nuclear meltdown. Intense, searing, out of control. But you need to stay committed to your clean love energy policy. No one is asking you to deny your feelings, Leo. But you can admit to having them but insist that you cannot follow through unless the other party is free to do so. If you do, you will find either they return having cleaned up their act or Pluto rewards you by sending you someone who is just as enticing, but available.

Other dark side of Pluto traps include you giving away your power in a relationship. If you are already in one where themes of coercive control, abuse, manipulation and domination are present, the good news for you is that Pluto’s arrival in here will transform that situation for you – for good. But in any relationship, do be aware of these themes. And also how to hold fast to your own power and again, walk away if you find yours is being subverted. The good stuff? Pluto brings the passion and also something enduring and lasting. It won’t fizzle out overnight, Leo. You just need to bring your power and surety and pure, pure shining heart.

Jupiter begins ‘23 in its ruling 9th in your chart. Long distance travel, overseas business, the law, higher learning, sports, the outdoors, the mass media, large animals especially horses, big loves and lucky breaks as well as solutions and opportunities are what Jupiter offers in here. By the time it moves on into your 10th, it may well have already opened that door to a new success cycle for you. And now you get to build on it.

A highly charged and unusual eclipse takes place in your 9th on April 20. This is a solar eclipse and what makes it unusual is it is a Hybrid one. This is the first one we have in fact seen in 159 years! All eclipses are important for you as one way or another, they involve your ruler the Sun. But a solar eclipse is the most powerful as this is a cover up involving your ruler.

A Hybrid eclipse is where we have all three eclipse types packaged within the one eclipse – total, annular and partial. What we see depends on where we are on the planet. So, our perspective in other words. Look again at the list I gave you for the themes of Jupiter in your 9th as these areas are where the cover up(s) are likely to be for you. And yes, there may be more than one, Leo.

If you are heading overseas, doing business with someone overseas, have fallen in love with someone overseas, are involved in a legal matter, a big contract or large purchase, are thinking of buying a horse or are even dealing with something to do with a church, religious order or belief system, do take it you are in the dark over it in more ways than one. Finding yourself overseas and caught up in a sudden political change, strike, weather incident, border closure or discovering once at your destination, things are not what they were made out to be are just some scenarios you could face. And no, if you are on that cruise ship, nobody is on watch for icebergs. If you can delay anything from that trip to that purchase, contract or I Do, you need to now.

Being seen as a force of nature in your own right, stepping into a leadership role or more responsibility, establishing something for your future, making your mark or cementing your reputation are all signatures of Jupiter in your 10th. As is signing important documents and papers. Jupiter is in Saturn’s house in your chart and Saturn is in Pluto’s now. Do think and make decisions in the long term, Leo. And again, don’t be afraid to hold your ground for what you really want. While Uranus still in its long term stay in here is all about doing it your way and being unafraid of taking a unique approach. Your inner entrepreneur, visionary and blue sky thinker allows you to blaze a trail. So, don’t be afraid to showcase this.

And with a little help from above, You feel the power of love

With Saturn now in your 8th you’ll also know if you are on the right path in terms of what you are doing with your life. You need to feel you are making a difference and on some level, adding something, Leo. Of course, this could just as easily be your side hustle or hobby you want to turn into your profession. And both Saturn and Jupiter will help with that. Saturn along with Neptune in your 8th sees you holding those boundaries but when real intimacy with another is on offer – you let them down.

Because your expectations go deeper when it comes to others, and with Pluto in Aquarius which rules friendships and Saturn in your house of soul unions, do be aware that because of this, some connections may no longer hold the resonance you once felt. People may leave your circle. Or you may make a conscious choice to exit. Existing friendships can be locked down for life and they as well as anyone new who you meet now, will have a big influence on the rest of this decade. Not just this year!

New beginnings arrive ahead of your birthday cycle this year and your passion is in full flow from late May thanks to Mars in your 1st. You yourself are serving scorching intensity and fierce confidence which may also match the energy of those you are mixing with. And attracting. However, Venus will make a rare retrograde in your sign from July 23 – same day as your ruler arrives kick-starting your real birthday cycle. As a result the new may be more about redelivery.

Second chances, missed opportunities return or come in a slightly different format. Other areas however may just feel stuck – money, work, love. What your birthday season is great for this year is to take that holiday, Leo. You may want to plan for this ahead of time.

Property decisions, your long term security, home, family, your roots, living arrangements and lifestyle choices as well as your long term path will benefit from both Ceres (new dawns, new deals), in your 4th from late September onwards. If you have plans to move, to upgrade your existing home, make money from your home or there is a family matter you need to take charge of, then you will receive an addition boost from Mars in here from mid-October onwards.

The year comes to a close with Pluto in your 6th but heading back towards your 7th where it will arrive in ‘24 for a longer stay. Mars leaves your 4th on November 24 joining the Sun in your fabulizing 5th and bringing the year to a scorching conclusion. Look back at how relationships have transformed and transformed you in the process. Still single? Knowing your power means you know you have the power to not only change that but also choose the right one. Or else be powerfully potent, sexy and happy continuing on your own until they turn up. 2024 will see you build on the success story which begins this year. Get ready for January when you will hit the ground running.

Virgo 2023

Love now needs to live up to the dream you have of it as Saturn joins Neptune in Pisces and your 7th this year. Along with this change comes Pluto’s arrival in your house of work and wellbeing. Clearing the way towards transforming what you do each day and bringing a healthy dose of self-care and passion alchemy.

You start the year with a meeting between Venus and Pluto in your house of lovers, children and what you love to do, Virgo. It’s a scene setting conjunction for you when it comes to the future of relationships. Does that love measure up? Are you doing what you love (I could say as well as who but that wasn’t me, that was Pluto!). Pluto has just a few more months in this house before it enters your 6th of all things Virgo-centric. The power of your pristine focus and attention to what you love will transform your everyday life in unimaginable ways over the next few years. For now, however, you’ll be looking at what changes love has brought you in terms of your romantic life, babies, children, young people and parenting. Or your creativity and ways you show your sparkle, stand out and shine. What occurs at the very start of January is a scene setter or stealer and shows you what is possible in love from here on in.

The past 2.5 years may have seen you having to make a concerted effort to get things done. You have had to remain focussed, the pandemic may have brought in additional restrictions for you. You may have felt unappreciated, had to work alone or even wondered if you were on the right path. This may have taken a tool on you – mind, body and spirit. The good news is that Saturn which has been responsible for much of this, also changes signs this year. Moving to join Pisces in your 7th from March 7. In here, it hands you the knowledge that only the truest and most serious love is worthy of you, Virgo. It will ground that existing love in reality, bring about commitments (as in ‘Put a ring on it’) and also put an end to time wasting on frogs. This is about real, sustaining love choices. Not fantasy.

February/March always brings you your yearly partnership peak where double acts, duets and dynamic and dramatic duos of all descriptions are in focus. Saturn allows you to get very clear on what or who it is you need. And pledge your intention. One of the most important full Moons of the year occurs the day Saturn shifts in your 1st. Do see who is in focus on that day. This is your partnership truth, your end or your beginning depending on who it is and the connection between you.

Being Mercury ruled you are the retro boss. So, you will also appreciate the return of retro Ceres into your 1st on March 22. This allows for a win/win or new deal between you and another. Compromise is always the key. But also Ceres will show you if this is too one sided and you are giving away far too much now.

Revivals and Re-gifts

Yes, Mercury retro is always a time where you know you need to pause and reset. So here are your key dates for 2023 to work those retro rules and avoid Mercury-mayhem!

18 Jan 2023 Mercury stationary direct in Capricorn (5th)

07 Feb 2023 Mercury retroshadow ends in Capricorn (5th)

7 Apr 2023 Mercury retroshadow begins in Taurus (9th)

21 Apr 2023 Mercury stationary retrograde in Taurus (9th)

15 May 2023 Mercury stationary direct in Taurus (9th)

1 Jun 2023 Mercury exits retroshadow in Taurus (9th)

4 Aug 2023 Mercury retroshadow begins in Virgo (1st)

15 Sep 2023 Mercury stationary direct in Virgo (1st)

29 Sep 2023 Mercury retroshadow ends in Virgo (1st)

25 Nov 2023 Mercury retroshadow begins in Sagittarius (4th)

13 Dec 2023 Mercury stationary retrograde in Capricorn (5th)

23 Dec 2023 Retrograde Mercury re-enters Sagittarius (4th)

Party pooping Mercury happens to be retro during your birthday cycle and this also coincides with retrograde Venus in your 12th from 23 July until September 4. Pleas place new loves and new plans on hold during this time. However, the past may turn into the present thanks to a meeting between Mercury and retro Venus on July 27 and a beautiful Blue Full Supermoon in your 7th on August 31. Take it if this occurs this is a re-gift, Virgo. And possibly one you were secretly dreaming of or hoping for.

Power Rising

You begin the year with Jupiter in your other money zone. Your house of personal power, shared assets and resources. Your salary, investments, benefits, taxes, legacies, payouts and joint accounts/ property. You will see the North Node arrive in here from July setting a new financial destiny or cycle of sexy soul empowerment in motion. As well as an extremely rare Hybrid Solar Eclipse in this house on April 20. These are so rare this is the first one in here in 159 years. A Hybrid Eclipse is when all three eclipse types – Total, Annular and Partial are visible depending on where one views it from. Take it that this means your point of view and another’s may not align now. It’s all about perspective and point of view and this may differ from the actual facts. Which you know may be hidden or obscured.

Do avoid making long term decisions or agreements under this eclipse. Especially around financial matters or even around a long term relationship. Such as ending or beginning a marriage, career move etc. And look to hidden themes around pressure, control, gaslighting or manipulation. If someone is trying to hurry you along that’s a black flag under this eclipse. This is a ‘black’ new Moon which triggers the eclipse after all.

The antidote to all this? Freedom and evolution! Jupiter lands in its ruling 9th cloud busting eclipse confusion and along with Uranus in here delivering sudden, exciting and electrifying opportunities to head down a new path. Travel, foreigners, the law, universities, the mass media, lucky breaks, expansion, big loves, the great outdoors and far, far away call to you to explore new options. See your Lucky Jupiter in Taurus Forecast for where this could just take you.

October hands you your real cycle of fresh starts and new beginnings thanks to a rare Grand Earth Trine with Mercury now direct in your 1st and Venus in your sign from the 9th. You can now move ahead with all that’s been on the back burner for you since August. And there’s an extra loved up longevity boost to relationships thanks to the arrival of Juno in your sign on October 18. Who says birthdays don’t come around twice in one year?

Turn busy-ness into just being

Home and family matters may need your attention from the last week of November onwards. After a year of full throttle, hectic activity you will begin to slow down, appreciate your home and those closest to you, revel in the security and love which surrounds you and allow yourself to feel rather than do. The Sun in your 4th puts the emphasis on your sense of place and belonging. And Mercury in retroshade in here says it’s time for reflection and gratitude.

If you travel at this time it is likely to be linked to family or to a place which feels like home. Do however obey the retro rules. And don’t stay over long with family due to retro Mercury and Mars mingling on the 28th when ho ho ho can quickly turn to ho ho hummm . . .

As the year closes, look back at your achievements and above all, cultivate a state of gratitude for what you experience rather than focussing on what you don’t yet have. The Sun in your fabulous 5th on the 22nd along with retro Mercury and alignments to Jupiter in your 9th hint at second chances around something you may feel you are still missing. But what truly sets the scene for ‘24 is you simply being grateful for all you have in the here and now as the year closes. Love who or what you have in the moment and open the portal to simply more to be grateful for this time next year.

weekly astrologyLibra 2023

Cruise into 2023 on your own personal love superyacht, Libra. You start the New Year with an extended personal pleasure peak which has you sailing all the way into March. Jupiter is also back in your love zone. While what you love to do – or those who share heart connections, bring a touch of alchemy for you!

Kick start the year as Venus enters your romance zone on January 3 with Juno (14th) and the Sun (20th) close behind. 2023 offers to turn you into a headline act right from the outset. What’s more, as Venus and other planets move through your 5th, they link to Jupiter and Chiron in your 7th, and power planet Ceres in your 1st. Take it there’s a fresh phase or new deal on love, your creativity, what you excel at, children infused with a good old-fashioned dash of luck!

Love takes on a deeper, transformational and even a fated feel to it this year. You should be feeling at your most free and expressive. Shrugging off cares and feeling lighter and at one with the cosmos. Your 5th and 7th houses are the houses of attraction. With both activated, and intensely, you will find yourself drawing to you whatever you focus on. Do ensure this is optimism, love of the sweet, staying variety, abundance and success in your ventures, Libra. Because this door swings both ways.

Saturn is moving out of this sector of your chart in March. Which removes that heavy, restrictive feeling many of you have been held back by when it comes to joy, love and pleasure. We can say this may have been hard work instead of the latter for many of you. Replacing it – here comes Pluto. Bringing passion, intensity and transformation. Pluto in here can make you feel totally present and alive again. It brings the big rebirth. Or for some this could be an actual birth as this is your house of children.

Nothing superficial for you, Libra. And no half measures either. You will completely and utterly embrace fully what you want to do. Or who you love. If this is not reciprocated or someone cannot meet you on this level, then you will move on in search of the person who can. You will crave a deeper meaning behind your relationships. And the universe may well answer that unspoken call with you.

Spin the Wheel of Love Fortune

This year also sees the nodal axis shift. For the past two years it has been across Taurus/Scorpio – your two money houses of self-worth and soul assets. Hopefully you leave this cycle with a fresh sense of empowerment and self-control over your financial future. As one cycle closes – another begins. With the South Node entering your sign and the North Node your 7th in July. If you are old enough, this closes off one cycle of relating which began 19 years ago and begins a new one. So do think back to that time.

If you are setting out into this time single, you may well attract someone with whom you come together to work through past life themes in love. Do be aware that even if there is a past connection happening, this doesn’t mean you won’t have to work at it! Love can however take on a fated, dated feel. You may discover you almost connected in the past for instance. You were at the same place, some time – but it didn’t quite happen. Perhaps because the timing wasn’t right. But now it is.

With the shift in the nodal axis comes a shift in the eclipse axis too. So, this year will see two important eclipses for you. The first is an ultra rare Hybrid Solar Eclipse in your 7th on April 20. This is the second new Moon in your 7th in a given solar cycle which is unusual in itself. What is even more unusual is the Hybrid Eclipse. There has not been one in this house in your chart for 159 years! A Hybrid eclipse is when all three eclipse types – partial, annular and total, occur at the same time and what you see depends on where you are. Check your chart now for any Aries or Libra factors at 29 degrees or within a 1 degree orb.

This eclipse conceals a powerful next stage development in a partnership matter. It could be an emerging one, a present one or even touch on a past one. It is a gateway between endings and new beginnings but you may not be able to see which is which to begin with. And as usual, don’t automatically assume this may a romantic connection. Your soul task having been born under the sign of Libra or with a Libra ascendant this lifetime, is to explore the diversity of duos in all their forms. Take it the right one or even more than one kind, will present itself thanks to Jupiter in your 7th until May.

It’s time to immerse yourself in activities and those goals that reflect who you are. That creative idea, glittering career path, performing, beauty, vlog, social media feed – no half measures now. Because this year begins with an attraction peak, if it’s love you’re looking for, understand that you won’t have to do anything out of the ordinary to draw it in except be yourself. It should find you.

The same goes for friendships and opportunities to manifest those goals. Just by being yourself and engaging in anything which allows you to well – become more authentically you, you will find yourself drawing in people who reflect and support this now. Powerful friends and friends ‘in high places’ can feature. You may find yourself with entrée into a new, thrilling social circle. If so, take it you belong there.

Just one word of advice with Pluto in your 5th – keep that energy clean. Do not under any circumstances get drawn into eternal triangles or ‘It’s complicated’ scenarios. The fallout with Pluto in here can leave you cleaning it up for years.

Saturn moves out of your 5th and into your 6th of day job, studies, habits, wellbeing and responsibilities on March 7. Expect to become more organised, more structured and to meet those daily duties with an eye to creating order which supports you. Stepping up into a more serious role may present itself for some of you. Slow, sustained efforts and systems pay off for you when it comes to creating new habits and being boss of that routine.

You will benefit from – structured exercise such as yoga or pilates or anything that works on your core. Take care of your teeth, bones, nails and hair. Ensure your diet gives you enough calcium and cruciferous vegetables and increase these if necessary. You are being invited to create order in every area of your daily life.

Just what is rich anyway?

This year also sees Jupiter exit your 7th and move into your 8th from May. This sees you having more assets at your disposal. These may be tangible as in a pay increase or loan application granted, see you and your partner increase your joint assets. Or intangible but just as valuable, such as someone granting you access to their resources – their time, contacts, expertise or something you need.

After what is an extended free-flowing, forward motion period which lasts right up until July (allowing for Mercury retrogrades of course!), the Venus retrograde which begins on July 23 in Leo and your 11th house. This asks you to stop comparing yourself to others and also comparing where you are on your love journey to others as well. For the time this retrograde lasts, I should not need to tell you that love and partnership matters are on hold – as are money ones too. You will also put on that sorting hat during this cycle when it comes to your group of friends and contacts.

This pause doesn’t last. Venus moves forward again just before the Sun reaches your sign on September 23. You are however back in personal eclipse weather with new beginnings concealed due to the Annular Solar Eclipse at the time of the new Moon in your sign on Oct 14. An Annular Eclipse produces that ‘ring of fire’ effect around the Sun. It occurs at 21 degrees of your sign so do check your chart for the Sun or any factors within a 1-2 degree orb. Do beware of ‘instant karma’ when it comes to love and attraction now. Your insight may be a little off.

Pluto returns to your 4th house mid year and will move to an anaretic degree (29 degrees) in here again on December 20 before returning to your 5th early in the New Year. Look to finalising those changes around home, lifestyle and family. Do take care with investments and don’t take any risks with your money – especially when Pluto is anaretic.

You will see out the year in another love peak however, Libra. Due to the late arrival of ruler Venus in your sign – it arrives on Nov 8th, this extends your yearly personal charmisa cycle on into December when Venus shifts into your house of money and self-worth. You should see out the year very much in the same frame of mind you began it. Embracing your own personal uniqueness, more abundance and welcoming in love and what is closest to your heart. 2023 offers you a smorgasbord of love, travel, pleasure, being seen and other delights, Libra. Be ready to be set free to taste them all!

Scorpio 2023

Welcome to Loved Up ‘23, Scorpio. Romance, babies, children, young people and creativity are your themes along with magical everyday benefits around what you do. This year offers a release from the restrictions of the past two. And on to the stars where the magic happens!

It’s time to replace those fears with fearlessness and a fierce desire to confront anything that stands between you and what you most desire, Scorpio. Sometimes the things we want the most are what scare us the most. That’s what leads us into self-sabotaging behaviours. Why? Well, we may have become so familiar with what we don’t want that when we are offered what we do, it feels strange and uncomfortable. We are hard-wired to stick with what we know because it seems safe. Whether it is good for us, or that there is something better out there, is irrelevant. We feel way outside our comfort zones, so we automatically head back there.

2023 offers you the rare opportunity to deal with any hang-ups from the bedroom to simply being open to embracing more love, success, rewards and stability. You may still feel that discomfort but you don’t act on it. You see it for what it is. Simply something to be acknowledged but then discarded. Eyes on the prize, Scorpio. Both your rulers – Mars and Pluto have key roles to play in this. As well as Uranus in your 7th which remains in here for ‘23.

Feeling restless and ready for something new? For singles, it or they could arrive from May onwards when Jupiter pays your partnership sector a visit for the first time in 12 years. You’re feeling freer, more adventurous when it comes to those love choices. This may mean you choose to opt out of any usual preferences. Especially if you want a different result to what you’ve experienced in the past.

Embrace the Difference!

Yes, Jupiter can bring you that love like no other. That person who takes you to the edge and then beyond. Allowing you to discover just who you can be together. They may have the philosophy that togetherness is a journey or an adventure. Or maybe a bit of both! They could offer that irresistible package of spontaneity and stability. And the journey you take together is one you will never forget.

You are always willing to go deeper in search of that transcendent connection and for the past few years, Uranus has been evolving that need for true soul communion. You’ll become more aware of how your emotional needs have changed, how much more open this has made you.

The best relationships we have in our life are with those souls who evolve alongside us. But do remember, sometimes we start out on the same path but then diverge. If this has occurred in your union, you will be very aware of this. Yes, you are willing to reach for a new set of tools when it comes to tightening togetherness. But if you and that boo are now heading in different directions, this is the year you will face that and then let go. More on this in your Lucky Jupiter in Taurus Forecast.

Ancient ruler Mars wanted you to look at what works for you and what doesn’t during its long retrograde at the end of ‘22. Just prior to Jupiter’s arrival in your 7th, April hands you you have the opportunity to clear up any remaining issues with partners or even your money. Leaving you carefree if not footloose and fancy free for the arrival of Jupiter.

No matter your relationship status, Jupiter in your 7th will bring in a fresh partnership dynamic for you. Remember, this could take the form of a business or working relationship, activity partner, long term friendship, collaborator or business partner.

When Heaven and Earth Come Together

Love gets serious this year as does decisions around babies, parenting, and even your commitment to your higher path or how you express yourself creatively. Saturn will shift from your 4th and join Neptune in your 5th. This is a ‘put a ring on it’ transit. Saturn asks we take what we want seriously and establish something. Yes, you will be seeking that love connection which hands you that transcendent, spiritual union you value so highly. But you also need this reflected in an earthly way.

You see your love, depth of feeling, and capacity to give your all, as a precious assets which need careful investment. Yes, you are willing to go all in without limits, to love unconditionally. But Saturn in here says the other party has to offer the same in return. If not, take it you will move on in search of the person who will.

Many of you now may take your relationship to the next level. Becoming engaged, marrying, moving in or buying a home together. Or taking that logical next step. Changes around your home, lifestyle, where you live, your ‘family’ – be this the one you are related to by DNA to the soul one, will undergo a big transformation as contemporary ruler Pluto exits your 3rd and moves into your 4th. Births, deaths, rebirths, relocations, property investments, being more aware of your roots and how these impact on your own ability to put these down, will bring about a totally new path or way of life for you.

Pluto will enter your 4th from late March and unpacks its bags for a three month stay when returns to your 3rd once more. Get ready for exposure of old childhood wounds, family issues or the need to simply live somewhere where you feel an intense sense of belonging. Anything hidden in your past, that of your family – especially around family assets or skeletons in the family closet will come tumbling out during Pluto’s house cleaning of this sector of your chart. Hey – it’s your ruler, Scorpio. You know how it all works!

Pluto will return to your 4th as a long term house guest early in 2024 and will not return to your 3rd during your lifetime. Use its last visitation in your house of communication, commerce and the internet to make one final foray into the realm of compelling ideas. And see how what you say, share or send out has the power to change your fortune on more than one level.

Boss Moves and Game On!

Career matters are highlighted for you thanks to the knock-on influence of Pluto in your 4th because this is the house of security – emotional and material, and also the house of your path. April’s big eclipse – a rare hybrid one, asks that you pay close attention not just to those ambitions but that long term way of working.

You’ll also benefit from ancient ruler Mars handing career confidence and drive from May – July. You are ambitious and also determined during this cycle However – be prepared to pause and wait to make your next move during the Venus retrograde in your 10th from the end of July until the start of September. This is a time to consolidate and to leverage what you have already achieved rather than making a new move.

Ceres pays you a visit in September and you are ready and open by then to strike a new deal or bring about a win/win outcome in either your professional and/or personal life. Ancient ruler Mars enters your 1st on October 12th and its trine to Saturn the following day sees you taking that next big step.

Powerful aspects in your sign during your birthday cycle in November bring renewed self-belief. Especially as you look back and see how far you have come since the start of the year. You should end 2023 with a feeling there is nothing you now cannot accomplish, do or attain. You’re ready to roll with the ongoing cycle of satisfaction and accomplishment now which takes you all the way into ‘24.

mercury and venus in sagittariusSagittarius 2023

Ruler Jupiter returned to your pleasure sector at the very end of 2022. You now have five more months of intense attraction, romance, creativity, standing out and good times to look forward to. Saturn’s move into your 4th promises more stability and your chance to own your path from here on in. While Pluto hands you the power to move people with what you say or send out.

The last part of ‘22 may have felt as it you were simply spinning your wheels with partnership matters. Duos, duets, double acts and even duels have been affected by Mars’s ability to generate a lot of hot air and not much else while retrograde in your 7th. The start of 2023 not only has your ruler back in your romance zone but Mars direct once more from Jan 12. With Mercury also direct in your 2nd and soul starting angles between the Sun, Mars and Gemini at the end of January you will feel the heat turned back on when it comes to your relationships. Rather than just a lot of steam you feel you need to release.

Any residual feelings of frustration should quickly vanish. Especially by the time we reach February. All the major planets are direct now and we have a rare window where they stay this way for some time. Valentine’s Day is especially good for Sagittarians this year due to Jupiter acting as Fat Cupid and trineing the Moon in your sign. If you don’t experience those arrows in the form of a lover, expect to be love struck nonetheless as you get an opportunity to do what you love best, stand out or celebrate some kind of personal triumph!

Changes to how you work, what you work at, your habits, lifestyle, routine, wellbeing, staff if you employ them, and pets, have been going on for some time due to Uranus and the North Node in your 6th. Expect these to expand or increase apace once ruler Jupiter arrives in here in May. Really this is all about working or studying in a way that works for you. And hands you a sense of freedom at the same time. Yes, we all have to do the work. But Jupiter wants to make it easier for you. And can hand you the opportunity to create this be it via working for yourself or in a role where you have the variety you need and are free of the micromanagement or mind-numbing that you don’t.

You may change jobs, re-enter the workforce, start a course of study, travel or relocate with work. Due to Uranus in this house, changes may happen unexpectedly. Propelling you out of a dead end even if at the time they seem scary. If so, don’t worry. You have your Lucky Jupiter Forecast for 2023 up which will explain more. That unexpected element includes opportunity too.

Pluto is leaving your money zone but will return to it mid year. Chances are while it has been in this house your values have transformed. But also you may have had to reconcile yourself to a lot leaving your life. Be this loved ones, income, possessions or career. More transformations lie ahead but hopefully you are leaving this Pluto cycle more sure of yourself than you ever have been before.

Words, what you say, send out, design, share, capture, your thoughts and ideas have the power to shift your perspective and also connect you to new people and a wider audience with Pluto in your 3rd. Ahead of Pluto’s move into your 3rd, we have Saturn quitting this house and entering your 4th of home and stability. It’s a transit which heralds a period of adulting for many of you. If you have yet to leave home, are still living in the shadow of a parent, have unresolved issues or even trauma around your family, Saturn in here will drag these up to the surface for healing and release.

Putting down roots, owning your choices and decisions (more adulting) or being willing to be there for yourself and no longer needing the approval of family members – a coming of age no matter what your age, or a coming out to your truth no matter what you identity, may follow.

Watch carefully what happens at the time the Sun enters Aries and your 5th – joining Jupiter and Mercury on March 20. The March/April period will prove to be important when it comes to love, your children, babies, conception, your projects and plans, hobbies, holidays and your ability to attract and make an impression. You have not one but two new Moons in this house in a month. Promising two new beginnings in the above areas. But the second new Moon – a ‘Black’ new moon on April 20, triggers a rare celestial event. We have a Hybrid Solar Eclipse which we have not experienced in this area of your chart for 159 years.

A Hybrid Eclipse is one that combines all three eclipse types – total, annular and partial. How we experience it depends on where we are at the time. What it hides could impact on all those 5th house themes as well as wellbeing and work. You may have to wait to discover just what importance it conceals until later in the year however.

Your yearly partnership peak is off to an early start on April 11 due to Venus’s arrival in here and Juno’s on May 3. The Sun follows on May 21 plus you will experience another eclipse on May 5 in your 12th. Do take your time with new relationships. And do tune in to what is going on with your partner as there may be more happening behind the scenes than you think.

June could bring those work or career changes I spoke of as Jupiter meets the North Node in your 6th. The work you chose, the habits you established stretch back in time. Perhaps 19 years depending on your age. Did they serve you or is it time to review what you do on a daily basis? Embrace the big effects of the magic of mundane things. It has a ripple effect. Changing your routine, opting for better daily choices will have a knock-on and positive effect in unrelated areas of your life. That’s Jupiter’s big benefits for you.

Definitely slow down with love and travel back to someone you have visited in the past will be more likely than going somewhere new when Venus retrogrades in your 9th in June. What’s good about this is that while it pushes the pause button on relationships and money, it allows you to plan a dazzling come back in terms of what makes you stand out and shine brightest. Be this your calling or simply a hobby. Do steer clear of extravagances and over-spending. Venus in here is all about the labels and the bling. It wants only the best as it wants to be seen, adored, worshipped. There’s nothing wrong with that per se if your budget allows it. But what can happen is that once the retrograde ends – which it does on Sept 4, you find yourself out-of-love with what you acquired. Just as you can find yourself out of love with that impulse boo too.

Pluto returns to your 2nd for a final visit from the second week of June allowing you one more opportunity to get serious about your money and self-worth. The North Node moves into your 5th house from July bringing love and anything to do with your children full circle. Look back 19 years. You could be looking at your now grown child leaving for university for instance. Or you could be embarking on a new journey of parenting, step-parenting or being a grandparent.

Careful with adventures that involve not just travel but matters of the heart as Venus makes a rare retrograde in Leo and your 9th from July 23. This also touches on those parenting themes as well as those generations younger than you. It is perfect however to return to old or lost loves. These include your hobbies, passions, creative ventures and anything that gets your glow on. Do however try to hold off on that opening night, launch, exhibition of your work or anything that propels you into the spotlight. The same goes for that dating profile. But by the time August is over expect a spectacular relaunch or come back!

Your ruler will be retrograde in your 6th from Sept 4 and September/October could have you re-evaluating what you do, your day job, work, habits and income. Do take your time with this. And when it comes to your social life, this too may undergo changes. Your circle may shift or you may discover that what you shared with one person no longer binds you together. Be universal in your outlook if this occurs.

Mercury’s arrival in your sign mid-November promises an early start to your new cycle. You are here to slay once Mars joins the Sun in your sign. Just bear in mind Mercury will retrograde in your 2nd on December 13th – the day after the new Moon in your 1st. So, despite your desire to implement the new, take it that it may take until January for you to move forward. Your best option: enjoy and be in the moment. Jupiter will move direct in your 6th on the final day of ‘23. It’s now heading towards your 7th. Pluto will move back to an anaretic degree of Capricorn and your money house in December in preparation for a return to your 3rd. Get your finances in order and know your worth. What you set in motion during ‘23 will take you further still in ‘24.

23 brings the close of one major cycle and the beginning of another, Capricorn. You are no longer the person you were a decade ago. Major planetary movements this year bring about a rebirth. Or the opportunity for you to soar away from what no longer works for you and begin anew and renewed.

Pluto ends its long term soul reforging process in your sign this year. It moves into your 2nd on March 23 and will return to your sign again on June 11 where it will see out the year. Those of you with your Capricorn Sun or personal planets in here will be the most affected now. As will any of you with planets at an early degree of Aquarius so do check your chart for these. Pluto will be exiting your sign for good over the coming year or so. Call this the final refinement or tempering of that rebirth process you’ve experienced.

The year will begin with a meeting between Pluto and Venus in your 1st plus Mercury retrograde. So, you could be looking at how the changes you have gone through have impacted on your relationships and needs within them. This is a time where you should rigorously resist the lure of cuffing season. Instead if you are single, use this energy to integrate those inner changes and understand how deeply this Pluto cycle has transformed you.

Shake your money maker!

Pluto in your 2nd will change your attitude to your money, income, possessions and assets material and intangible. This is also about power money. Think ‘Plutocrat’. Money itself is simply energy. So despite what people say it is not the root of all evil. Coveting money for its own sake, never feeling we have enough when in fact we have plenty, miserly Scrooge like behaviour, using money, love or resources to control others – those are examples of negative money. Pluto in your 2nd can link you to the positive power of money in that it buys you choices and can be used to do good. Invest in people and what enhances your self-worth with Pluto in here. And yes, shake that money-maker to borrow street talk, be it your smarts, your talents, strategies or any asset you have to leverage but without selling out.

Ruler Saturn also switches signs in March. Making this a major month when it comes to energy change and exchange. It leaves your 2nd and joins Neptune in your 3rd from March 7. There’s weight to your words and what you say now. You leave people in no doubt that you mean what you say. Intention in its purest form is your ruler’s gift to you in here. You keep your word and because of this, those you do business with, interact with or are involved with personally, hand you their trust in return. Do remember, Saturn always insists we deliver and follow-through. So don’t promise anything you cannot deliver unless you want Saturn to step in and send you spinning back to start again.

During this cycle, do pay attention to and respect what others say as well. Take it that no means no. Saturn is emphatic on that. So, that lover who tells you they are just looking for something casual – no, you will not change their minds. That feedback you receive from multiple sources that is always the same – you do need to take that on board. That person who refuses to answer your questions about what and when? And changes the subject when you do? That too is their answer.

Saturn in your 3rd enhances your staying power when it comes to long term projects – writing that book, creating that business plan, launching that idea. And also upskilling or a long term study program linked to your career path. Others could take on a new role at work and if you change jobs then its likely you will remain in your new role for some time to come. Older siblings may also feature as could those on a long term path of spiritual growth who share their experience and wisdom with you.

Ain’t love a sight for sore eyes!

Your best time for love and romance after a slow start at the beginning of the year is from May onwards. Jupiter spends the first part of the year powering though your 4th of home, family, roots and lifestyle and this could hand many of you a literal key to a new home. Certainly anticipate improvements and expansion around where and how you live. On May 16th it joins Uranus in your 5th. Which also coincides with Venus entering its ruling 7th in your chart on May 7th. Combined with a love-loaded new Moon in your 5th on May 19 and a destiny dusted meeting between Jupiter and the North Node on June 1, love has a surprise for you and possibly a direction all its own.

It may look different to what you thought. Seek you out even if you were not looking for it. Come in a wild, wonderful form from a direction you didn’t expect. Yes, love is the surprise now. Just ensure with Jupiter’s ability to expand in your house of children, that if becoming a parent isn’t what you want right now, you do take additional precautions to prevent that.

For those of you who do, conception, birth, adoption, IVF, surrogacy, fostering or becoming a step parent or grandparent could be the result of Jupiter’s arrival in here. Those younger than you, giving birth to a creative project, travel, pleasure, holidays and effortless attraction and lucky breaks are other Jupiter benefits. Don’t hang on to preconceptions of what love is and do be spontaneous and willing to try, experiment and simply go with the flow to maximise this Jupiter/Uranus influence.

June -July sees Pluto back in your sign and also commitments and promises plus the renewal of intentions thanks to Juno, Mercury, a full Moon in your 1st (Jul 3) and a new Moon in your 7th (Jul 17). Renew your vows or even revive an old love. If there is a reconciliation during this period, it is likely to last this time around. The Venus retrograde in your 8th from July 23rd – Sept 4 is particularly good for that reunion. And also for anything to do with re-negotiations of anything from your salary to how you share your chores.

Of course, the other big commitments you make this year aside from money, home and to love, are likely to be to that path and purpose and your career. October puts you on track with career goals and your need to achieve is at its peak. Not only does Pluto heads direct in your 1st on Oct 11th but a powerful solar eclipse in your 10th brings those ambitions out of hiding. You could be ascending more than one rung up that ladder or else heaven-sent yet unexpected events propel you along an exciting new direction which calls on your to adapt or expand your plans.

Mercury arrives in your sign on December 1 but do be aware it is already in retroshadow. It’s time to slow down after all the peak activity of the year. Chances are you are so ready to simply be and reflect on the changes this year has brought you. Enjoy the love, what you have established or created the people around you and your surroundings without feeling you need to do any more. At least for the time being. Give thanks and gratitude to the universe and what you’ll find is that in focusing your thoughts on these rather than what you feel you didn’t do or have yet to achieve, you set in motion the very circumstances that will draw these to you.

Mercury turns retrograde in your 1st on December 13 while December 20 puts Pluto back in its most powerful position in your chart – anaretic at 29 degrees. Telling you that you need do nothing more when it comes to changes. They now have a momentum all their own.

Solstice Day marks the start of your birthday season (22nd) and also has the newly arrived Sun conjunct retro Mercury in your 1st. Something recurs or revives or you pledge to return to it in 2024. This can be deeply personal for you. It could simply be a decision you deferred which you now see has to be taken. Or a path not taken. Even if now is not the moment you take action, you know without a doubt. The promises you keep to yourself are now just as important as those you keep to others. The final day of ‘23 sees Jupiter make a Long Live Love turn forward in your 5th. You don’t need to make new resolutions, Capricorn. Yes, you have re-forged resolutions for ‘24. What you don’t have now is self-doubt when it comes to crushing them.

aquariusAquarius Yearly Forecast 2023

It’s a year of passionate commitment and intention. To set something big in motion and then be prepared to see it through. And to get yourself noticed in all the right ways – and by the right people, as you do it, Aquarius. Prepare to stand out in ‘23!

Set your intentions. And get ready for a rebirth, Aquarius. You’re about to tap into your own immense resource of soul power. In fact, if you have been underestimating your greatness and unique and unrepeatable facets, 2023 will be the year that sees not only you, but everyone you encounter, looking at you in a new way.

Chances are the past few years have seen you having to rely on your own resources and inner guidance more than usual. You are emerging from this feeling if not exactly older, then certainly wiser and with more certainty. You should be owning yourself, your truth and be proud of who you are.

Feel the Force

Restrictions of the past few years will begin to fall away. But they do so via this process of you seeing yourself and any remaining issues you face, very differently. Look back and you will identify when key shifts in your perspective occurred. And when this happened, an outer issue changed as a result. You transcended it. This was down to Pluto’s long term stay in your 12th. And Saturn in your 1st for the past 2.5 years asking you to own your choices, actions and know who you are. That sense of self, that willingness to embrace your decisions – good or not so and their outcomes, has been part of this intensified soul forging period. Now, take all these lessons and use them to break free of anything remaining which blocks your path. And show others you are a force to be reckoned with!

Saturn moves out of your sign and into your 2nd, joining Neptune in here on March 7. You should enter the new 2.5 years with a fresh attitude towards your money, income, possessions and self-worth. The latter linked to how you see yourself, naturally. This is a time to invest in your talents and skills. To take care of what you have in terms of what you own. And to use this as building blocks for your future.

Don’t buy into (no pun intended), old interpretations of Saturn in your 2nd equating to lack of money. That’s more about a poverty mindset than anything else. Yes, you appreciate how hard you have to work for your money. But many multimillionaires have natal Saturn in their 2nd. What Saturn does have to show you is that nothing worth having comes for free. And that sometimes what is freely given has no value. (This includes throwing away your love or other resources on those who don’t deserve them).

Saturn sees you prepared to do the work in order to have more. And also take a more considered approach to how you spend your income. You are more likely to opt to spend on what you need rather than what you want. And you will go for quality and something which lasts over quantity. Due to Neptune’s presence in here, if you have spare money you are likely to donate more to a charity of your choice. But do avoid bailing out that charity case friend or loved one who lurches from one financial crisis to the next. Unless you can afford to totally write off the debt that is.

Love is in the Air!

You begin ‘23 with a loved-up feeling or certainly in a mood to go seek it out. All thanks to starting the year with Venus in your sign, a Supermoon of new beginnings on Jan 21st, and a Venus/Saturn conjunct on the 22nd. You will be setting your intentions for the upcoming year. This occurs just after Mars moves forward again in your romance zone on Jan 12th removing those barriers between you and love (or what you love to do!).

With Pluto’s first incursion into your sign, expect what you are seeking in love or from any kind of double act, duo or duet to change. Or the dynamics of an existing union to shift. Usually your yearly love and partnership peak occurs when the Sun and other planets are in Leo and your 7th. This year may be a little different however. Venus enters here on June 5th and will oppose Pluto in your 1st the same day. Bringing a massive transformation in your relationship status, a new beginning or change around how you see an existing union.

Powerful, intense and magnetic attractions could occur. An irresistible force could be unleashed. And you may feel compelled to follow through. Pro Tip: DO keep the energy very very clean during Pluto’s stay in your sign. Avoid at all costs anything you know deep down doesn’t sit right with you or that you are being asked to cover up or keep under wraps. Yes, that ‘It’s complicated’ scenario. If someone approaches who is not free to enter into a relationship, you don’t have to deny your feelings. But to steer clear of Pluto’s capacity to rain long term fallout on you, do insist that anyone has to be free in status and emotionally, before you get involved. And apply the same rule to yourself.

Old loves could reappear or revive as the Sun enters your 7th on July 23rd – the same day as Venus turns retrograde in here. Do pause your swiping at this point if you are still seeking. But if there is another chapter to be written between you and someone from the past, this is when it can happen. And with Juno arriving in your 7th from August 16, you are playing for keeps now when it comes to an existing relationship.

Venus will head direct again on September 4th. Which happens to be the same day as Jupiter turns retrograde in your 4th. Again, you will begin ‘23 with Jupiter back in your 3rd of work, studies, business, commerce, communication, design, writing, pictures which move you and the internet. It will power on through here bringing you an opportunity to see just where your ideas can take you. Travel may feature especially if it is connected to work. Or even becoming a digital nomad. Now is the time to share your ideas or get applying, launching or creating.

Jupiter then joins ruler Uranus in your 4th from May 16. Expect your home, lifestyle, family, path and sense of belonging to also evolve along with your changing needs or even relationship/family status. Jupiter’s capacity of expansion combined with Uranus’s love of delivering surprises could see a sudden move or even a pregnancy or surprise announcement that your extended family is expanding.

Get Ready for a Baggage Free 2024!

The meeting between Jupiter and the North Node in here on June 1 could see you beginning an entirely new chapter around these themes. You could pay off that mortgage for instance, be granted one, relocate, emigrate or expand your current home or set up a home based business. Even if you are renting, you could end up somewhere which feels like yours. This sets the scene for the next 19 years when it comes to how you live. More in your Jupiter in Taurus forecast.

As the year draws to a close, you’ll see how ownership of your choices and be unafraid to be who you are, has paid off for you. November hands you the ability to push forward with those ambitions and career agenda thanks to the Sun and Mars in your 10th. You should be ending the year with optimism, satisfaction and looking to the future with a fresh set of goals. Refine these as the year ends as you will experience retrograde Mercury in your 12th and Jupiter ending its retrograde in your 4th. You should close the year with your feet planted firmly on solid ground. And heading forward again baggage free once Pluto returns to you sign in 2024.

full moon in piscesPisces 2023

New deals on love? It’s a new dawn, it’s a new day, it’s a new life for you, Pisces as 2023 welcomes you into fresh, feelgood opportunities that are designed to go the distance.

Fish in the sea
You know how I feel
River running free
You know how I feel
Blossom on a tree
You know how I feel

Just because your old ruler Jupiter left your sign at the end of ‘22 doesn’t mean you’re starting 2023 feeling anything other than fine, Pisces. Whether you prefer the Nina Simone or the Michael Buble version of the song, it’s your anthem for the New Year and you should not just feel fine but know you ARE fine! And feeling good is your birthright.

Neptune remains in your 1st this year and will be joined by Saturn bringing you that ultimate, lasting touch of realness to you, all you do and your relationships. But that feeling good vibe that is with you from the very start of ‘23 is courtesy of new dawn, new day Ceres in your partnership sector.

The arrival of Saturn in your 1st on March 7 occurs just after the start of your birthday cycle (Feb 18), and a new supermoon on the 20th. This is marks the start of a new cycle for you which is about lasting changes around you, how you feel and love and partnership matters. Ceres will move back and forth from Virgo and your 7th, into Libra and your 8th of intimacy and joint assets and resources and then back again from the start of the year up until September when it leaves for your 9th. So, what you can expect during this time is for your outer relationships, intimate ties and resources to fall into line with how you feel. And get locked in for the future.

This is course points to long term decisions to be made by you and your partner. Or the arrival of a partner who is ready to commit to something lasting. Don’t be surprised if during this year you attract someone who is practical, worldly, experienced, successful and honest. And if I am making them sound boring, honestly, they are not Pisces! As you peel back the layers you discover a deep, hidden well of spirituality, sense of humour and distinctly hot sensuality. Bonus!

They may come with pre-packaged with personal/professional responsibilities. That does not mean they do not have time for you. They do. And when they are with those they care about they give 100%. But what they will love most about you is your ability to let them do what they need to do and go off on your crazy, colourful, flowing spiritual path without being all needy.

What you do need however is someone who can meet you halfway when it comes to that deep soul connection. It has to be more than simply physical for you. You need someone willing to explore this with you. You are on a journey to the ever deeper far reaches of the multiverse when Pluto changes signs just after Saturn’s arrival in your 1st and enters your 12th on March 23.

Your soul or karmic family will feature. As will your beliefs in reincarnation, spirituality, religion, strange new worlds, the multiverse, quantum theory, parallel universes and other dimensions. The tools you use to explore these – the Tarot, mediumship, astrology, numerology, dowsing, meditation, visualisation, psychic skills and become powerful tools. Your intuition is a searchlight pinpointing the truth. Any secrets – in you closet or another’s, won’t stay there. So do ensure what is in yours is in fact squeaky clean.

If someone isn’t who or what you through they were, Pluto’s house cleaning style means they get outed in a way you cannot ignore or deny. Hopefully your own insights have shown you this before it goes that far. And Pluto in here sees you more able to deal with this if so than you might usually be.

Do however steer clear of people claiming to have all the ‘answers’ – gurus, movements both spiritual and political, belief systems or anything that could be termed a ‘cult’. The person at the head may be charismatic, convincing, charming even. But they may hide a dark side. If you are seeking answers, you will be far better served during this cycle to look within yourself or ask your own guides for them. If you do need validation or confirmation, do seek out someone who has no vested interest or desire to manipulate or control you or the outcome. This is a warning that will apply throughout Pluto’s stay in here.

This will not be long this time around as Pluto will head back into your 11th from June 11. You are also advised to watch your consumption of alcohol or other substances, avoid getting involved with anyone who has a problem with them unless they are 100% committed to their recovery and are undertaking it. If there are hidden undercurrents in your relationship, they are likely to surface when Mars enters your 7th in July and Saturn is retrograde in your 1st.

Moving pictures and ideas that get you moving

Co-ruler Jupiter starts ‘23 in your 2nd of money, possessions, self-worth and income. From January until May you can continue to make inroads into these areas and any efforts you make are likely to have a direct benefit on your bank account. Jupiter moves out of here into your 3rd on May 16 where it will remain for the rest of the year. This is about your ideas – money spinning and creative – or both, writing, teaching, studying, travel, the internet, design, photography, video, film, commerce and the internet. And simply put, how far what you say, share or send out travels. More in your Lucky Jupiter in Taurus forecast for your sign. But for success, put your emotion into anything you do. That feeling that application, image, design or what you share needs to be communicated and is what could just define success for you.

When it comes to how you are feeling in a physical or mental way, you do need to focus on health matters when Venus makes a rare retrograde in this house in your chart from the end of July until September. If you have been neglecting this area it will be time to slow down and focus on what real self care actually looks like. Diet, exercise and nutrition feature and along with Saturn in your sign you need to monitor your hair, bones, nails and teeth. Opt for foods or supplements high in calcium and cruciferous vegetables. If you have any concerns please seek out professional advice.

The Venus retrograde coincides with the Sun in your 7th and a full, blue Supermoon in your sign on Aug 31. This is not the best time to look for new love due to the retrograde. See this as a time to nurture existing relationships or go deeper into the true nature of them. If there is any love gardening to go such as pulling out the weeds of old wounds or looking at what no longer works for you, now is the time to do it especially with Ceres still in your 8th of divorce and marital assets.

Once Venus is direct again and enters your 7th on Oct 9, any issues or lingering doubts about the nature of your relationship should have fallen away. And yes, you’re back to feeling good about what the future holds even if you find yourself single still.

Rebirths and relocations

As you started the year with Mars in your house of home and family, this might have seen you having to deal with left-over issues from ‘22 when it comes to your responsibilities or living arrangements. Your next cycle to look to this area comes at the end of the year. And this one will feel a lot easier for you without any of the frustration and irritability you might have experienced at the start of ‘23.

Travel is favoured from May onwards thanks to Jupiter in your 3rd but do watch for Mercury retrogrades. Late October/November being especially favourable to take that long haul trip with the Sun, Ceres, Mercury and Mars in your 9th. But do watch out for the eclipse in your 3rd on Oct 28th if you do travel or anything to do with papers, information and signing contracts.

One key area of your life this year will transform or offer you the opportunity for a rebirth. By the time we come to the end of 2023 you should be in no doubt where or around what this has taken place. You are not the same person who you were at the start of the year. Another person, a revelation, a change in your status or circumstances, or your own desire to head in the direction you know is right for you, will have proved the catalyst for this. And as you head into ‘24, you’ll feel good about the changes you’ve experienced. And those yet to come.
