Psychic workout

As we step into the 21st century our intuitive and psychic ability is going from strength to strength.  We all have the capability for intuition and psychic ability – it’s just a question of enhancing it and, most of all, paying attention!

How many times have you had a hunch or gut feeling and not paid attention to it only to find out you were right? We all have a sixth sense and we can all develop it.  In his fascinating book, Outliers, Malcom Gladwell points out that if you delve a little into the history of many outstanding figures across all genres whom we tend to think of as being ‘naturally gifted’, such as Mozart, you’ll find at least 10,000 hours of hard graft and practice! If you look at the profiles of the readers who work for my company, you’ll see that many of them have spent years developing their skills through various routes.

Being psychic has many other dimensions, from increasing your empathy to creating your reality.   You can train your psychic and intuitive ability in much the same way you train your body to run or learn any other skill.

Here are a few exercises to boost your psychic skills.

Start the week easy – Write down your dreams and pay attention to any real time experiences which match your dreams. The more you practice this, the more you will begin to see tangible results.

When the phone rings tune in to see if you can sense who is ringing.

Create small cosmic orders.  A friend of mine adores Staffordshire terriers.  She visited a park in London and decided that she’d order seeing a Staffordshire terrier, but as she walked around she saw no dogs at all.  She lay on a bench and closed her eyes, but her relaxation was disturbed by a Staffordshire terrier puppy playing under the bench!  It doesn’t matter how small it is.  It could even be for one bit of inspiration you have been searching for which puts you further on your path.

Try your skills at remote viewing by getting a friend to ring you from a random place and see if you can describe where they are.

If you’re having a problem with someone at work or a neighbour, every time you think of them visualise them liking you and thinking you’re fab. See if this changes the relationship and look for the positive.

We are in a unique time where our wisdom and power is growing at an astonishing rate. Trusting your intuition and flexing your psychic muscles is a beautiful part of that journey.
