Quantum Healing and Problem Solving

Quantum Problem Solving
This month in Spirit and Destiny magazine I was asked for a tip on ‘How to be happier now’. My tip was, time travel to the future to connect with happiness.
Here’s what I said in the magazine:
‘Remember that bad times are just moments. When you feel unhappy or feel a bit stuck, know that in your future you are likely to be happy again. Call on your future happy self for advice. Tune into that happiness that you’re going to feel and remember that as far whatever situation you’re in is concerned ‘this too shall pass’.
Einstein proposed that all time exists at the same time, that we view life in a three dimensional way but it is probably four dimensional. Einstein wrote “…for us physicists believe the separation between past, present, and future is only an illusion, although a convincing one.”
This could explain not only how psychics work, (tuning into an event is possible as everything is going on at the same time but we are only aware of this moment) but it is also a tremendous healing tool.
I often go to my abused child self and tell that child that all will be well. I send unconditional love to difficult moments in the past and also whisper wisdom and clues to my past self. This is an incredibly powerful technique. Try it and let me know how you get on. Also ask your future self for advice and see what comes!
Here is a youtube video I did a few years ago on the subject.
May you be happy in all dimensions!
Deep Joy to you
